Payment Policies

Please read carefully about our payment policies.

Terms and Conditions:
We offer classes in 4 terms throughout the year: September - December (Fall), January - March (Winter), April - June (Spring) and July - August (Summer).

 

Tuition must be paid in full for each term prior to its commencement. If your child is unable attend a class, please notify the centre by email, text message or voice mail at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time to receive a credit class or a make-up class at a different time.

Students can have up to 2 credit classes per term, per subject. A 50% refund is offered for early cancellation in a term. Returning students do not need to re-register after each term. Deadline for early cancellation for the upcoming term can be made on the following dates: (Dec 20th for winter term), (March 20th for Spring term) and (June 20th for summer term). After these dates, a $100 administrative fee is required.

我们全年提供 4 个学期的课程:9 月 - 12 月(秋季)、1 月 - 3 月(冬季)、4 月 - 6月(春季)和 7 月 - 8 月(夏季)。

每学期的学费必须提前支付。如果学生无法上课,请至少在预定上课时间前 12 小时前通过电子邮件、短信或语音留言通知本中心,以便安排补课或获得记账课。

 

学生每学期,每科最多可以有 2天记账课(credit)*。如在学期内提前取消,我们只提供50%的退款。每学期学生會自動註冊. 下学期提前取消的截止日期:(冬季学期 12 月 20 日)、(春季学期 3 月 20日)和(夏季学期 6 月 20 日)。在这些日期之后,需要支付 $100手续费。
